The National Investment Commission (NIC) is pleased to announce the visit of a high-level delegation from the China National Complete Engineering Corporation (CCEC). Following the MOU signed on the sidelines of the FOCAC Summit, this visit signals concrete steps toward operationalizing the agreement. Both parties are focused on laying the groundwork for future collaborations that will benefit Liberia’s economy and infrastructure.

The NIC remains committed to fostering international partnerships that align with Liberia’s economic priorities. The engagement with CCEC highlights Liberia's openness to exploring investment opportunities in critical sectors such as agriculture, energy, infrastructure, transportation, and industrial development, which will support the country’s broader goals for sustainable development.

“We are delighted to welcome the CCEC delegation and look forward to fruitful discussions that will pave the way for important projects,” said Hon. Melvin Sheriff, Executive Director of the NIC. “This collaboration with CCEC is vital for the continued economic transformation of Liberia, and we are optimistic that these engagements will result in mutually beneficial partnerships.”
