The National Investment Commission (NIC) is pleased to announce the visit of a high-level delegation from the China National Complete Engineering Corporation (CCEC). Following the MOU signed on the sidelines of the FOCAC Summit, this visit signals concrete steps toward operationalizing the agreement.
