Saye K. M. Dolo is an accountant, financial manager, market researcher, investment promotion practitioner, administrator and pastor. Currently, he serves as Director for the Department of Finance and Administration at the National Investment Commission (NIC). His commitment to duty has enabled him occupy multiple positions at the Commission such as Senior Internal Auditor, Project Assistant, and Market Research & Data Officer.
He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance from the University of Liberia under the then World Bank Sponsored Financial Management Training Program (FMTP).
He has worked with the Ministry of Agriculture (MOA) rising from the position of Assistant Welfare Officer to Senior Accountant. He has participated in many investment promotion initiatives locally and abroad showcasing his country’s enormous investment potentials to would-be investors. He provides direct support to the Executive Director of the National Investment Commission in running the day-to-day affairs of the National Investment Commission (NIC) in Liberia.
