Molewuleh B. Gray is a Liberian Lawyer who has been serving as Chairman & CEO of the National Investment Commission of Liberia since 2018. He previously worked as Executive Director of the Commission before his preferment to his current post. He possesses more than fifteen (15) years of work in the public sector.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in economics from the University of Liberia and a Post Graduate Bachelor of law (LLB) from the Louis Arthur Grimes School of Law, the only accredited law school in Liberia. He is also a practicing lawyer and a member of the Liberia National Bar Association since 2012.

As the Chairperson of the National Investment Commission of Liberia since 2018, Mr. Gray has been responsible for the investment promotion, facilitation, retention, and aftercare efforts of the Government of Liberia. He also chairs the Inter-Ministerial Concessions Committee, a statutory body responsible to negotiate all concession and Public-Private partnership agreements. He is also responsible to superintend all international competitive tenders. Mr. Gray has been involved with numerous efforts to promote Liberia’s post war recovery and economic growth and development.

Mr. Gray has also been involved with initiatives to improve Liberia’s investment Climate. He is an advocate for private sector-led growth and investment in agriculture, mining, infrastructure, fisheries, etc. He is very conversant with the mandate and strategic vision of the Commission and is a repository of knowledge on its activities.
